A structured diagnostic of the system producing your results, performance and consistency.
Performance rarely fails at the moment it becomes visible. It usually weakens earlier — in the way work is built, run, checked and sustained.
The Factory System Diagnostic helps individuals, teams and organisations see where consistency is holding, where it is vulnerable, and where results may be relying too heavily on effort, judgement or recovery.
It examines four areas of how work is actually produced — from definition through to long-term reliability.
The diagnostic is not a personality test, a leadership survey or a generic assessment. It looks at the operating conditions shaping the result — the system beneath performance, not simply the person or the team.
Use this route if you want a personal reading of your operating system — how results are actually being produced beneath effort and habit. The diagnostic takes approximately ten minutes and generates an immediate Initial Snapshot.
Take the Personal Diagnostic →Team and organisation diagnostics are scoped before deployment to protect the quality and usefulness of the findings. The right respondent group, the right level of interpretation, and the right output format — agreed in advance.
Enquire — Team or Organisation →The BRCS framework maps how a result is actually produced — from definition through execution, review and long-term reliability. Each area sits inside the next. A weakness in Build cascades into Run. A weakness in Check erodes Sustain. The diagnostic examines all four.
After completing the diagnostic, you receive an Initial Factory System Snapshot. This is a concise first reading of how your current results appear to be built, run, checked and sustained.
It is not the full report. It is the first mirror into the system currently producing your results.
The Full Personal Factory System Report examines your BRCS profile, diagnostic category, main risks, immediate priority areas and recommended next step.
It is not a coaching session in the full sense. It is not a general conversation about goals. It is not a motivational call. It is a structured review of your diagnostic result — designed to turn the score into a clear point of action.
Without interpretation it is easy to generalise the result as "I need to be more disciplined." That is too vague. The call helps you identify what kind of discipline is needed — and where that discipline belongs in the system.
Uses the BRCS framework to examine the hidden system behind your results, habits, standards and consistency. The purpose is not to discuss ambition or productivity — it is to identify where your current personal operating system is strong, where it is exposed, and what needs to be strengthened first.
The review asks a more useful question than "be more disciplined": What system is currently producing this result?
Where the diagnostic or Personal Operating System Review shows a recurring leadership, execution or self-governance pattern, focused executive coaching support may be recommended.
This is not the first step for every respondent. It is most useful where the issue needs support over time — around consistency under pressure, decision rhythm, review discipline, accountability or personal operating standards.
Not offered as a generic starting point.
For teams and organisations, the diagnostic is scoped before deployment.
This ensures the findings are meaningful, the respondent group is appropriate, and the output is interpreted at the right level. It is not a matter of simply sending a link. The quality of the diagnostic finding depends on the quality of the deployment design.
For smaller teams or leadership groups. Understand consistency, execution rhythm and review discipline across a defined group.
For leadership cohorts, management populations or multi-team groups. Identify shared patterns and risk indicators.
For larger functions, departments or organisations. Interpret system reliability, execution discipline and leadership consistency at scale.
A facilitated session to validate and deepen the diagnostic findings before the final report or executive readout.
The Factory System Diagnostic does not start by asking who you are. It starts by examining how results are being produced.
It looks at the system beneath performance: what is being built, how it is being run, how honestly it is being checked, and whether it can be sustained.
That is what makes the diagnostic useful. It does not simply describe a person or a team. It reveals the operating conditions shaping the result.
Results are produced by a reliable system, not just effort or talent. Consistency holds under pressure. Risk is low and improvement is targeted rather than remedial.
There is structure in place, but it weakens under pressure or variation. Consistency is partial. The system works in steady conditions but not reliably under load.
Results are held together by effort, attention and personal will rather than a stable system. Performance is variable. Recovery depends on individual capacity rather than structure.
The operating system is fragile. Results are inconsistent, risk is uncontrolled, and the system needs a deeper reset rather than marginal adjustment.
The Factory System Diagnostic extends the thinking behind You Are A Factory, applying the Build, Run, Check and Sustain framework to help individuals, teams and organisations understand how performance is actually being produced.
